Thanks to everyone that attended the NeverQuit BBQ yesterday. Also just want to send a big congrats to all that hit PRs on there 1 rep max lifts this week.
Also great turn out for the Dexa scan and we will be rebooking them in for late March so time to get that zone down pat lol.
