Strength - strict press

WOD - 5 Rounds ( not for time ) 

50m Heavy KB Farmer walks ( 5 burpee penalty for resting ) 
200m Run 
50m heavy KB walk in front rack ( 5 burpee penalty for resting ) 
200m Run

Note - Due to the nature of the WOD this Saturday morning class will need to be booked in advance. Please see times available and book in at front desk during the week. First in best dressed as we can only take 5 people per time slot
