Circuit training


Strength - Power Cleans 
4 x 6 @ 75% 

WOD - 2 rounds of 1min each station 1 min rest between rounds 

Plank hold 
Ball slams 15/10kg 
KBS 24/16kg 
GHD sit ups 
Handstand hold 
Wall sit


Note - Due to the nature of the WOD this Saturday morning class will need to be booked in advance. Please see times available and book in at front desk during the week. First in best dressed as we can only take 5 people per time slot
