Strength - Back Squats  3 x 8 @ 70%  WOD - 3 rounds for time  20 Ring dips  15 T2B  10 Overhead Squats 60/40kg  Long weekend timetable Thursday - morning normal,afternoon sessions 13.4 only Friday - closed Saturday - 9am session, 10am 13.4 Sunday - closed Monday - afternoon sessions only
