Deadlifts ????


Mobility - Quad roll

Strength - Deadlifts

You have 2 minutes to complete each Deadlift set

eg. If you can complete 30 Deadlifts in 1 minute then you have 1 minute rest. The longer you take to complete the set the shorter the rest

30 Deadlifts @ body weight
25 Deadlifts @ body weight
20 Deadlifts @ body weight
15 Deadlifts @ body weight
10 Deadlifts @ body weight
