It's time to get the Muscle up
The muscle up is one of those movements that everybody wants but find it so hard to get. At Neverquit over the last few months we have been focusing on strength training and most of our programming has catered to this process. I feel that we have all made great gains by doing so but I feel that now we need to step up our gymnastics game a few notches. So in saying this we will be working towards getting a better understanding of the Muscle up, handstand push up, levers front and back, Iron cross and so much more.

Ring pull ups/Assisted Pulls/Ring rows 5 x 3
False grip Ring pull ups/Assisted Pulls/Ring rows 5 x 3/5
Ring push ups/elevated 5 x 5
Ring dip/elevated 5 x 5
Negative Muscle up/feet elevated
Feet elevated Muscle up
Due to the nature of Wednesday's workout you will need to book in your times. As there is no kids class that day we will be starting the first session at 4:30pm and will book in every 40min please book in at front desk
