Something different





Strength - 2000m Row for time 
WOD - Start a 12 minute running clock and perform the following for 3 rounds:
  • 1 minute max reps Push Ball 9/6kg 
  • 1 minute max reps Sit ups 
  • 1 minute max reps Kettle Bell Sumo Deadlift High Pulls 32/24kg 
  • 1 minute rest
*A push ball is a wallball where you only dip instead of doing a full squat. Your score for this workout is total reps per round.
