Strength - EMOM for 8 minutes perform

2 Power Cleans + 1 Split Jerk. At the 4 minute mark go up in weight

WOD - 10min Cap (1/2/3/4/5/6.....)

Squat Clean @ 60/40kg
Burpee strict pull up
