Strength Training: Cleans 3,3,3,3,3

10 minute :

Max strict press 40/30kg

Penalty: 10 Wallballs every time you take the bar from rack position

  2. Lol, Steve! 90kgs - a great result which should've been celebrated with a happy dance. Luckily, Rashelle & I were there to do it for you. But next time - you have to join in!
