every 30 seconds for 6minutes @pick a weight over 60% of 1rm

2 Hang power clean

Level 3
2 high pulls
Hang clean

Wod- EMOM 20min

Odd- 50/35kg
5 deadlifts
5 hang power cleans
5 front squats
Max burpees over bar

Even- rest

Score is based on how any Burpees you get.
Scale appropriately
