Something different


Strength - Deadlift

 Do three reps on the minute for 7 minutes at 75% of your one rep max

WOD - 10min AMRAP 

10 plate burpees 20/10kg 
10 pull-ups
30 double unders 

You do not have to jump for a plate burpee. Just stand up and lock out overhead with the plate.
