OverHead Squats


12 minutes to establish a 3 rep max overhead squat
Then....

1 attempt at max reps of overhead squat at 75% of your 3 rep max
Then....

WOD - 4 RFT 

10 one arm alternating dumbbell snatches 20/15kg (level 3 - 30/20kg) 
12 box jumps 24/20
