Just hanging around


Take ten minutes to determine your best 1 rep max hang power clean 

Do three reps of hang power cleans on the minute for 8 minutes. Use 70-75% of the days best 1 rep max.

WOD - 12min AMRAP 

24' walking lunge step with bumper plate held over your head @ 20/10kg 
15 Russian kettlebell swings @ 24/16kg 
24' walking lunge step with bumper plate held over your head
15 Sit-ups
