Off the cage 


Take 10 minutes to find your best 1 rep max thruster for the day. As you are driving from the squat position to overhead, THE FEET MAY NOT MOVE!

Off the floor

Do 2 thrusters every 30 seconds for 6 minutes at 50% of today's 1 rep max.

WOD - 15min Cap 

100 pull-ups for time

Based on the result of your pull-up time:

0-5 minutes: Row 1000m for time
5-7 minutes: Row 750m for time
7+ minutes: Row 500m for time.
