Not long to go


Level 1-2 
Only a few more days till the CrossFit Opens start. Please check our FaceBook over the next few days for info on when we are holding the opens WOD. 

We are also starting a 8 week get inspired challenge in conjunction with the release of   
14.1 this Thursday afternoon.
