Strength - Deadlift 

5x5 @ 75% adding 5kg  

WOD - opens 

 3 x 5min AMRAP (1min rest) 

7 KBS 24/16kg 
7 HR Push ups 
7 Pull ups 

WOD  - Athlete 

3 x 5min (1min rest)

7 KBS 32/24kg 
7 Ring dips 
7 C2B Pull ups

Opens - Pistol Squat practice
Athletes - 50 Perfect Pistol squats
