Strength - Sumo Deadlift 3 x 6 @ 75% Strength - Find 5rm Push Press starting with empty bar ( 20min ) Then do 3 x 15 Push press @ 75% of 5rm max ( 200m row penalty per drop to be done at the end of sets ) Core - 3 x 1 min Handstand hold ( rest 1 min )
