Teams of 4 400m run relay Tyre press 25 reps as a team 100 burpee ( only 1 athlete can be performing at any one time ) 100 box jumps/step ups 24/20 ( 1 box ) 100 DB Press 20/15kg ( only 1'pair of DB ) 100m Farmer walk relay 24/16kg 25 HR Push ups each as a team 10 - 1 Wall balls each person 300m row relay row
