It's heating up

Warning - it's going to be F#%king hot today so if you can I suggest training in the morning. If this is not an option then make sure you stay hydrated all day before coming in for the WOD

Strength - handstand 

5 x 5 Wall walks ( 90 sec rest ) 
4 x Max time on 1 hand holds 

WOD - NATE ( AMRAP - 20min )

2 Muscle ups 
4 HSPU 
8 KBS 32/24kg
