2 x 3 @ 75% 
3 x 1 @ 80% 

WOD - 3 rounds for time of: ( 15min cap ) 

7 Deadlifts @ 100/70kg 
14 Box jumps 24/20 inch 
21 Overhead squats with 1 DB 20/15kg
