Strength - Snatch

7 x 1 -  3-Position-Snatch (Hi-hang, hang, full) – Focus on form not weight, rest 60 sec between sets

WOD - AMRAP - 12 min

7 Box Jumps 24/20
7 Burpee
7 Kettle Bell Swings 24/16kg
