  1. 27kg. Failed at 28kg only did 1 rep. 12:40 scaled. Push ups instead of burpees, pull ups in blue elastic and v sip ups.

  2. Strict press: 5 reps ea of 20, 25, 30, 32 & 35 (3 unassisted, last 2, supported by Bradley)

    WOD: 15:55 - started rx'd, but wasn't completing K2E fully to knee, so finished with 4 rounds of 10 of each movement (not a nice WOD)
