40 squats
30 Sit ups
20 Push ups
10 Pulls up

Stength - Front Squat 
5x5 @70% + 2.5kg-5kg (if completed 5x5 last week)

WOD - Sally
 (Front squat) 50kg/35kg
Please scale this accordingly as it will be really heavy.
