Complete 3 rounds of the following:

        :15  Rest/Transition
        :45  Max Rep Shoulder to Overhead @ 40/30kg 
        :15  Rest/Transition
        :45  Max Rep Abmat Situps
        :15  Rest/Transition
        :45  One arm alternating dumbbell Snatches @ 20/15kg 
        :15 Rest/Transition
         1:00 Rest

*** Keep a running clock. Score is Total Reps per round.
*** Share stations so the floor is less crowded.
*** Shoulder to Overhead starts from the ground (no rack).
