25 Double under 
34 deadlifts 60kg 
25 Double under
34 box jumps, 24-inch box
25 Double under
34 clean and jerks 40kg 
25 Double under
34 burpees
25 Double under
34 wall-ball shots 9kg 
25 Double under
34 pull-ups
25 Double under

I have altered this workout from short sprints to Double unders as its meant to Rain all day tomorrow and I don't want anyone catching a cold lol.
