Strength - Muscle up 

Work on progressions and once you find the step that is challenging for you perform 1 rep EMOM 8min 

WOD - Power Cleans 

Perform 40 Reps at a set weight then go up in weight by 5-10kg and perform 30 reps more. Once you have completed the 30 reps go up in weight again by 5-10kg and perform another 20 reps
