1 EMOM 8min (go heavy) reps are to be performed alternating sides for a total of 4 each side
WOD - 4RFT (22min cap)
200m run
3 wall walks
6 DB Burpee step overs 24/20inch @ 20/15kg
9 Power cleans 60/40kg
