Brutus

WOD: “Brutus” 

starts at 1 and goes to 10, run 800m, then go from 9 down to 1.  

1 hang power snatch, 1 overhead squat, 1 ring dip, etc.  

RX’d weight is 40% of your body weight for men, and 35% for females.
