PANACOTTA - Thanx Bruno

For Time:

This WOD was inspired by Bruno and his dessert making skills. There is about 800 cal in a 250g serving of Panacotta so we put in 1 rep for each cal so i hope it was worth it.

  1. The 3rd set of lunges and the 50 box jumps to finish off just brutal!!!! I am going to enjoy my bowl of ice cream tonight.

    Agree that the last 25 of the 50 box jumps to finish off were the worst! I had 2 stacks in that set!
