Time to run guys


Strength - Front Squat 

3x5 @ 75% adding 2.5kg 

Skill - 10min Handstand push ups 

WOD - 1RFT 

800m run 
50 Sit ups 
20  HSPU 

600m run 
40 Sit ups 
10 HSPU 

400m Run 
30 Sit ups 
5 HSPU

Note - Next Thursday we will be holding a Muscle up workshop. This will be the WOD for each class so please come in and give it a go no matter your abilities it's for every level of CrossFitter.
