Strength - Jerks 4 x 6 @ 70% WOD - Bar complex Starting with just the bar do 1 hang power clean 1 hang squat clean 1 split Jerk Men - go up in no more then 10kg per set till maxed out Women - go up by no more then 5kg per set till maxed out
