Up the duff

Remember to bring an old big shirt you don't mind getting a little stretched out

Tina - 12min AMRAP

7 elevated push ups
7 Step ups each leg
7 Squats
200m run

With med ball stuffed under shirt

Rest 5min

Then - 3 rounds for time of:

400m run
10 burpee box jumps 24/20
10 sumo deadlift highpull 40/30kg
10 thrusters 40/30kg
1 minute rest
