Mess you up again

Hi guys, we will be open tomorrow for our regular class sessions. We will be open on Monday for a 5pm session only due to the public holiday

WOD - 3 rounds for time ( 20min cap )

7 Deadlifts @ 120/80kg
14 box jumps 30/24
21 overhead DB Squats 25/20kg
