Skills - Handstand holds/walks 

WOD - 3 rounds for time 

1 Push Jerks @ 75% of body weight
1 Muscle up 
3 Push Jerks @ 75% of body weight
3 Muscle ups
5 Push Jerks @ 75% of body weight
5 Muscle ups 

Bar must be taken from the ground
