Strength - Deadlift

Find your 1 rep max

WOD - 4 Rounds for time:

5 Deadlifts @ 75% 1 rep max
10 Burpee Box Jumps 24/20
15 Ring Dips

Note - Tuesday 7pm class is a Yoga class only. Price per class will depend on the number that attend ( the more the cheaper )
