Introducing Yoga to Crossfit Neverquit


Hey Guys,
Crossfit Neverquit will soon be introducing yoga once a week every Thursday at 7PM for mobility and recovery purposes.
Each class includes a relaxation, breathing exercises, warm up exercises, poses, a final relaxation and a short meditation.

How does yoga benefit you as a crossfitter?
•Tones & strengthens muscles
•Increases flexibility
•Eases aches & pains
•Reduces stress
•Aids in weight loss
•And the list goes on ..
The classes will benefit those of all levels, from beginners right through to advanced.
