WOD - 2 rounds for time:

21 Front squats 40/30kg

15 Body builders


9 Kettle bell snatch 24/16kg ( left hand )
 
15 Pull ups

21 Push press 40/30kg

15 Burpee

9 Kettle bell snatch 24/16kg ( right hand )

We will all meet at the gym due to the unknown weather we will most probably have to train at the box

Please come in at 7:45am to set up and warm up as this will take some time to set up and go over the skills
