Linda with a twist



Skill - Squat clean

WOD - Linda ( alt ) due to not having enough bench press stations we have replaced it with ring push ups

Deadlift - 1.5 x body weight
Ring push up - All ring push ups are to be multiplyed by 3
Squat cleans - .75 x Body weight

Please post times ( Your times will not count as a RXD Linda )

  1. This was a very hard workout
    manage to complete 10 to 6 reps and did 5 deadlifts
    120kgs for deadlift and 60kgs for front squats
