OMG I made it through my first comp. Thanks to our Trainers Bass, Beau and Ben today for your Support. Thanks to the crew who competed today for their support and encourgement. Wrapped that I completed my first RXD WOD's. We all did great :o) WOD 1 - 8min cut off 75 Air Squats 400m Run Max Raps Burpees - I got 25 WOD 2 - 4min cut off Max Raps Overheads 30kgs - I got 12 WOD 3 - 12 mins 3 Rounds 50 Kettlebell Swings 12kg 10 Hang Clean 30kgs I didn't finish the WOD made it to round 2. Just finished my kettlebell swings.
