Start at 50% Max effort then increase weight each round.


3 Rounds, each round

5 Dead lifts, 5 P Cleans, 5 F Squats, 5 P Press go up each round, 2 minutes rest. between rounds, Don't let go of the bar, every time you let go of the bar, you have to drop the weight and start your round again.

There are only morning classes today sorry
We will be closed on Saturday as all the Neverquit trainers will be attending the gymnastics cert in Newcastle
