Squat Therapy (15min)
We will be spending a bit of time working on the Squat and fixing up positioning.
Strength - Front Squat
10min to build to a heavy 5 reps
WOD- 15min Amrap
10 Front Rack Lunges
10 SDHP 50/35
10 Box jump 24/20
