You will be working in groups of three although your score is based on individual performance. Rest/transition 5min between wods
Wod 1 - 12min amrap
Max Bench press 70/50
Max Dips
20 burpees
Score is based on total reps of bench press and ring dips.
Wod 2 -12min amrap
Max Pull ups
Max Deadlifts 100/70
20 ball slams 30/20kg
Score is based on total amount of pull ups and deadlifts.
Wod 3 - 12min amrap
Max Thrusters 40/30
Max Box jumps 24/20
200m run with wall ball 9/6kg
Score is based on total amount of thrusters and box jumps.
