Scaled option


10:30am Only - Workout 15.3

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 14 minutes of:
7 muscle-ups
50 wall-ball shots, 20-lb. ball to 10 feet
100 double-unders


WOD - Scaled option for 8:30-9:30am 

3 Rounds for time (20min cap) 

7 Body Blasters (Burpee,pull up,T2B) 
35 Wall balls 
50 Double -Unders (125 single skips)
