- Establish a 3 Rep Max Overhead Squat
Then….
Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
- 3 Power Snatches 50/35kg
- 6 Overhead Squats 50/35kg
- 12 Box Jumps 24/20 inch
Level 3 - For the strength work on performing a Snatch Balance for the first rep then continue with Overhead squats for the remaining 2 reps
