Strength - Bench press

WOD - A cycle is 4 minutes to complete:

400m Run
10 Burpees
Max Reps Dumbbell Thrusters (pick weight)

Rest two minutes between cycles. Complete a total of 3 cycles. Your score is total thrusters per cycle
