A bit of this and a bit of that


4×2 Power Snatch (moderate weight)
4×1 Power Snatch (Add 2.5/5kg) 

This is a skill based strength to work on positioning and form 

WOD Complete as many rounds as possible in 14 minutes of:

10 Pull-ups
10 Box Jumps 24/20 
10 American Kettlebell Swings 24/16kg 
10 Handstand Push-ups

Scaling this you will have No more than 1 Abmat for handstand push-ups. If you can’t do HSPU, the sub is 20 alternating one arm dumbbell strict presses (pick a challenging weight).
