It's always about the Snatch


WOD - Perform a total of 90 Snatches for time. 

The purpose of this WOD is to perform 30 reps of a light but still challenging weight then add 5-10kg and perform another 30 reps. Once this has been completed go up again in weight 5-10kg and perform the last 30 reps
