Got a problem with it ?


Strength - Front Squats 

1 every 90sec @ 90% for 5 rounds 

Skill - Clean & Jerk 

WOD - 30 Clean & Jerks for time 

60/40kg (Level 3 - 80/50kg) 

This must be performed as a full squat then any jerk (no thruster,push press)
