Then 1 set of max reps @ 75% of the days 2 rep max

21 Hang Power cleans 40/25kg (60/40kg)
600m run
15 Power cleans 50/30kg (70/45kg)
400m run
9 Squat Cleans 60/35kg (80/50kg)
