Today we celebrate our 1000th posted wod.
So it's only fair that we do 1000 reps in our Wod
Strength - Wendler Back squats
Wod - 1000 reps
Push ups
Squats
Sit ups
Lunges
Cal Row
3min each station max reps till 1000 combined are completed.
If you can bring in a pad and pen or smart phone to keep track of reps as chalking the floor will not be allowed
